応募規約

⑴当スピーカーオーディションに応募した方はこの応募規約に同意したものとします。

⑵ 応募データの動画やアイデアの著作権は、応募者に帰属します

⑶ 応募データ動画に使用する映像・音楽・音声・素材等は、著作権等の知的財産権の処理が必要ないものを使用してください。

⑷ 応募データに関し、第三者の肖像権や名誉・プライバシーその他の権利を侵害することのないよう注意してください。

(5)次の内容に該当する又は該当するおそれがあると判断される応募は、応募者に通知することなく審査対象から除外します。

① 法令等に違反するもの

② 暴力的・差別的・卑猥な表現を含む又は犯罪を助長するなど公序良俗に反するもの

③ 個人・企業・団体など他者の名誉を毀損する又はプライバシーを侵害するもの

④ 第三者の著作権、商標権、肖像権、その他知的財産権を侵害するもの

⑤ 企業や商品などの宣伝若しくは政治・宗教等特定のイデオロギーの宣伝又は勧誘を意図するもの

⑥ その他当TEDxKobeの趣旨やテーマに反してふさわしくない表現を含むもの

(6)未成年の方が応募する場合、親権者の同意の上、応募してください。

(7)スピーカーオーディション内容については予告なく変更する場合があります。

個人情報の取り扱い等

応募者の個人情報は、当スピーカーオーディションの運営に必要な範囲で使用し、それ以外の目的には使用しません。

Application Terms and Conditions

1. By applying for this speaker audition, you agree to these guidelines. 

2. The copyright for the submitted video and ideas remains with the applicant.

3. Please use only videos, music, audio, images, or other materials that do not require copyright or other rights clearance.

4. Please take care not to infringe on the image rights, reputation, privacy, or any other rights of third parties in your submission.

5. Applications that fall under or are deemed likely to fall under the following content will be excluded from the judging process without notification to the applicant:

(1) Those that violate laws and regulations.

(2) Those that contain violent, discriminatory, or obscene expressions, or that promote crime, or are otherwise against public order and morals.

(3) Those that defame the honor of others, including individuals, companies, and organizations, or infringe on their privacy.

(4) Those that infringe on the copyright, trademark rights, portrait rights, and other intellectual property rights of third parties.

(5) Those that intend to promote companies, products, or political/religious ideologies.

(6) Those that contain expressions that are otherwise inappropriate or go against the purpose and theme of TEDxKobe.

6. If a minor applies, please apply with the consent of a parent or guardian. 

7. The content of the speaker audition is subject to change without notice. Handling of Personal Information, etc. The applicant's personal information will be used only to the extent necessary for the operation of this speaker audition and will not be used for any other purpose.
